These are Heavy Duty motorized reel transport systems.  Anodized Aluminum        
reels have an O.D. 10.5", Hub Diameter 4", Guide rollers are .735" wide.        
* With Faulhaber 3557K024CS  24VDC Motor and reduction unit 34/1 630:1        
* With a Banner SM31RQD and SM31EQD Limit Switch for material verification.        
* With (2) Turk Bi1-EG05-AN6X-V1331 Proximity Sensors for consistent tension.        
* Frame is .500" anodized Aluminum        
* Unit stands 24" high        
* Has two guide rollers and one tensioning roller        
Reel was used to supply 5u SS screen mesh filter material for die cutting.
Tape reel and rollers can easily be modified to handle other widths.
