Branson 900 Series LLS Option Ultrasonic Welder Lower Limit Switch

This add on option lets you weld by distance, for those difficult and sensitive requirements.
The lower limit switch stops the ultrasonic vibration of the horn at a predetermined distance.
Hold time continues for the preset time, then the horn returns to the up position.
All components mount directly to all Branson 900 Series welders - No machining required.
The non-contact proximity switch allows weld distance to be adjusted for .001" repeatability.
LED indicator will turn on when LLS is activated - also aids in initial setup.
This is a one-hour installation - All components and hardware provided.
